The district utilizes a keyless entry for events that occur outside of school hours. In general, doors to the building will open 15 minutes before your event and will relock 15 minutes after your event begins. When unlocked, the key scan is green, and it will return to red at the end of the time.

Example: Youth BB Practice 6-8:00 p.m. Doors will be opened from 5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. only.

If you need the doors unlocked for an additional time, such as set-up, the doors will need to be supervised by an active group member. The district is unable to leave unmanned doors unlocked.

Example: PTO Painting Event 6-8:00 p.m. Set-Up begins at 4:00 p.m. The doors will be unlocked from 3:45 p.m. until 8:15 p.m. The PTO will be expected to station a member of the PTO at the door during this entire time.
