Our school district is participating in a wonderful technology-based teaching program called eMINTS .  These classrooms are set up with special technology equipment including 12 student computers, a teacher workstation, scanner, color printer, digital camera, and a SMARTboard. There is ongoing teacher support and training on how to infuse the technology into our current curriculum.
This year we are adding another eMINTS classroom to 3rd grade to complete the development of four full eMINTS classrooms in that grade level to match 4th grade.  The district applied for and received a METS/eMINTS grant for 5th grade and 8th grade science.  eMINTS4All continues to expand in middle school and high school.
