What is FBLA?

The Future Business Leaders of America, or FBLA, is an international Career and Technical Student Organization that has its headquarters in Reston, Virginia. FBLA is a non-profit organization of high school, middle school ("FBLA Middle Level"), and college ("Phi Beta Lambda") students, as well as including professional members that primarily helps students transition to the business world. Local FBLA chapters are often connected to their high school's business education department.

Throughout this week the FBLA students took online tests and then on Friday we traveled to California, MO to compete in more district competitions. Our students did an awesome job representing us and we came away with a 5th place overall score against 20 other schools in our area.

Thank you to the math department. Year after year our students place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the business math events.

A special thank you to Nancy Bagge. She does a wonderful job all year long with teaching all of our students presentation skills, and they shine through at FBLA competitions.
