September 14:  Last night the Lady Indians faced the Chamois Pirates at home.  The JV lost in 3 (21-25) (25-19) (19-25).  The JV ladies had some great plays and put out tremendous effort!  The Varsity fell to the Pirates in 2 (15-25) (20-25).  The Varsity had an off night but are gearing up for their game vs. Eugene on Monday at Eugene.

September 18:  On Monday, September 17th the Lady Indians traveled to Eugene for a match. JV had a successful showing and won (25-14) & (25-20). Again, these girls made some great plays and are really improving.
The Varsity continues to improve as well and did not miss any serves the entire match. However, we were not able to come away with a win. We dropped the first game (11-25). The second game we played a lot tougher but lost (17-25). These young ladies continue to improve and are determined to achieve their goals. Our next match is September 24 at the Missouri School for the Deaf. The next home match is October 2nd vs. Russelville.

October 23:  The Lady Indians volleyball season came to an end last night, but not without a tremendous fight.  District play began Monday night at Hermann and we went up against Centralia.  We lost the first game 10-25; we came back and won the second game 26-24; and we lost the third game 20-25.  The ladies made great strides and improvements this season!  Please congratulate them on their improvements and hard work!
