Each day students get what I call 5 points a day. What a student has to do to get full points for the day is to:

Do work that is assigned.

Do not interrupt people while they are talking.

Treat everyone in the room with respect.

Do not get ISS or OSS.

These points are extremely important for a student's success in my class. These points account for about 25% of a student's grade.
