The goal for your child is to have enhanced learning opportunities and maximizing those.  Below are the rules that your child will be expected to follow in the classroom.  Of course, these are in addition to the high school and district rules/policies that are already established.

MRS. HUGHES' POINT SYSTEM:

* Be prepared for class.

* All homework is completed.

* Good classroom behavior.

* Helping others and demonstrating good character.

* Good class participation.

* Any other positive reason deemed.

RULES:
* Don't interrupt when others are talking as well as allowing others to work without being disturbed.

* If a student comes to class late, he/she must have a note from the teacher or place from which they came.

* Come to class with materials that will be needed.

* Talking will not be loud. No shouting across the room.

* No horseplaying, running, leaning back in chairs.

* You must have your planner, fill planner out, and have permission before leaving the room will be granted.

* All school rules apply in the classroom.
