Evaluation Criteria:
- Name and unit title included.
- The concept or process is appropriate and is illustrated clearly using the animated diagram.
- The tweening animation works appropriately and is aligned with the overall concepts.
- Menu choices/ buttons navigate to appropriate content and work appropriately.
- Animation components begin after user clicks the "Start" button, and stops after clicking the "Stop" button
- Component animation and movie does not loop.
- Movie Clips are used to organize the movie, and the main timeline is not cluttered or lengthy.
- Frame labels are used for actionscript navigation; Frame numbers should not be used in the actionscript.
- ActionScript 3 is used for all actions; functions are created for button actions.
- Visual Design: Colors, backgrounds, buttons, and text work together to create a clear and easy viewing experience.
- All the symbols in the library are named, used, and well-organized. Apply button and movie clip naming conventions, as suggested in the chapters.
- The library should only contain the necessary symbols (i.e. all symbols are used).
- All the layers in the timeline are named and well-organized.
- The authoring design is well organized and efficient, meaning unnecessary frames, symbols, and layers are not used. Also, actionscript applied appropriately.
- Comments are included to describe the functions and scripting.
