PTO Leadership Meeting
June 25, 2007

Present: Amy Bartlett, Jennifer Blumer, Penny Fadler, Laura Kabrick and Suzanne Stillwell

Discussed the plans for next year.

We lowered the membership dues from $12.00 to $5.00 for a family membership, so that all types of memberships were just $5.00. We justified this drop in dues to the fact that we no longer pay dues to a national PTSA organization. We updated other aspects of the membership form as well.

We will try to have some merchandise to sell at the orientations and Meet the Teacher night. We discussed ordering a few t-shirts to fill in the gaps in sizes. We decided to sell the remaining merchandise in the Football, order more if needed in the Volleyball later, and order in the gaps in sizes for the spirit short sleeve T-shirts and the Helmet short sleeve T-shirts (will only order in gray). We decided not take orders for the denim and polo shirts.

We have decided the hold the following activities for the fall semester. Jennifer will confirm dates and locations with Mr. Rudisaile.
