Hallsville R-IV Schools kindergarten registration for the 2008-2009 school year will be held at the Primary school on:

It is necessary that each child attending the 2008-2009 kindergarten be enrolled prior to the first day of school.  To attend kindergarten, your child must be five years of age BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2008.  Your child's record of immunizations, birth certificate, social security card and proof of residency are required for enrollment.  Children attending kindergarten must meet state immunization requirements for Polio, DPT, Mumps, Rubella, Rubeola, Hepatitis B and Varicella (Chicken Pox).  It is not necessary to bring your child with you for the registration process.  It will take about thirty minutes to complete.
