Remote Access Request form.
Remote Access lets you access network files and certain programs like SIS from your home computer.Complete the form and give a hard copy to your media specialist or Suzanne Stillwell. These will be given to Gabe. Once he receives the request, Gabe will set up a login for you on the remote server and will send you a Remote Server Users Guide with instructions.

P-Card Manual
Follow these steps to submit P-Card Statements each month:
- You should receive an email from Procard saying that your statement is ready. Make sure this email address is not blocked by your junk mail filter: Centre_Admin@procard.com
- Go to Commerce PCard Logon Website-- https://www.centresuite.com/Centre/Public/Logon.aspx?site=commercebank2748
- Go to this Transaction Log to fill in on computer and print
- Attach your receipts, have the Log signed by your building administrator and turn it in:-)

- Ebscohost has great teacher resources with articles, lesson plans & more.
- Searchasaurus is great for students to use for primary resources. Make a link on your webpage or put it in your student favorites.
- Remember these will only work at school unless you get the Hallsville username and Ebscohost password information from Deb Engel, HS Media Specialist, to logon at home. Username and password are all lowercase.
eTHEMES is an extensive database of content-rich, age-appropriate resources organized around specific themes. These resources are created for educators to use in their classrooms. The database is searchable by grade level, subject area, and Missouri Curriculum Standards.
