The Hallsville School District facilities and common areas are accessible to the citizens of the school district. As a district, we place an emphasis on health and physical fitness. The district provides the opportunity and facilities for our youth to experience the mental and physical attributes gained from good individual physical fitness and team competition.  


To request the use of our facilities, please follow the steps below. 

Informal Use: Examples include walking/running at the track or small group practice, not exceeding 6 participants. This type of use doesn't require a reservation or permission from the school district. School events and classes have priority over the use of the facility. 

Formal Use: Any group practice or function consisting of more than 6 participants by non-school community groups/teams. Hours available for use, if not otherwise being used for school programs, are Monday – Friday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. and  Saturday/Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Formal use of school facilities will require the following items: 

All requests for facility usage on weekends and after the school day (3:30 p.m. and on) must be submitted to the Facilities Office at least 7 days in advance using the link below. A confirmation email will then be sent. If additional set-up (tables/chairs) is required, please provide this information in the form so that coordination between the Facilities and Operations Departments can be made.
